The temperature probe type K with our designation Z3431-X supplies 1 mV / ° C at the outlet.
For the measurement this means:
Connect probe to the sockets for voltage measurement and select mV DC measuring range. The measurement provides e.g. the following result 24.5 mV means 24.5 ° C.
The amount is right. It only needs to be mentally replaced the unit. This also applies to the STARLINE series!
