If the tester is not used for a long time, the batteries / rechargeable battery / battery pack
should preferably be removed from the device.
If the battery pack has not been used or charged for a long time - and may be deeply discharged -
observe the charging process (indicated by LEDs on the charger) and, if necessary,
restart charging by disconnecting and reconnecting the charger from the mains and the tester.
