You will get this indication if you measure with the 2-pole adapter in the setting Schuko adapter.
Switch to option 2-pole adapter, then the voltage will be displayed correctly.
Background:
For the 2-pole adapter, the measuring input for the neutral conductor is open.
The internal voltage divider resistors divide the voltage from L to PE,
so that approximately half the voltage is present at the open input N.
