SFP: If a parameter setting "POWER_ON SBY" or "POWER_ON RCL" is present, a reduced PNENN will not be canceled automatically (set high) after "POWER ON". Was, e.g. Due to a grid fault, a wrong (lower) mains voltage range detected, this can only be corrected with a "POWER ON" under "POWER_ON RST".
